Executive Team

Steve has been in the property business since 1993, and is a founding member of Alliance Holdings, Atlas Holdings and Atlas Residential Management, where he is President and CEO. Steve has experience in all phases of property acquisition, development, financing and management, including asset identification and evaluation, market evaluation, marketing, contract negotiation and funds raising. He has been involved in over US$7 billion of property transactions to date, and has overseen annual construction and renovation budgets in the tens of millions dollars.

Prior to the formation of Alliance Holdings, Steve had acquired and completed several extensive redevelopments of apartment properties in Chicago as well as being a general partner in a large Texas apartment portfolio.

In addition, he spent several years working with a European firm evaluating the commercial viability and financing potential of various construction and heavy industrial projects throughout Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

As an honors graduate of the University of Chicago he also guest lectures there on the topics of residential property and property finance.

Leslie has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate transactions, construction lending, workouts, pension fund acquisitions, investment sales brokerage and over 15 years of investing in apartments nationally in the US. She has worked for many of the top firms in the apartment industry.

Most recently prior to Atlas she was a Senior Vice President with Bank of America, she is in charge of forming strategies for restructuring distressed loans.  Prior to Bank of America Leslie ran a team of investment sales professionals for Cushman & Wakefield for apartment sales out of their Chicago office. Prior to C&W Leslie was a Director of Asset Management with Alliance Residential, Leslie was responsible for strategic acquisition, disposition and renovation/value add strategies for the 65,000 unit portfolio.

Before her appointment with Alliance, she was a partner with Moran & Company, as an investment sales broker, and prior to that with Equity Residential Properties, wherein she was a Vice President of Asset Management with a 70-property, 15,000 unit portfolio, and also as a Vice President of Acquisitions, wherein she acquired the $380 million, 26-property Executive Life portfolio in 1994, as well as worked on the teams that acquired the Wellsford REIT and the Evans Withycombe REIT. She has executed more than $5 billion in acquisition and financing over her career.

Leslie is on the Board of Directors of the NMHC. She holds an AB in History from Kenyon College, Gambier, Ohio and an MBA with double majors in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She studied under James A. Graaskamp in the Real Estate Department of the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Business, who was a pioneer in the development of Masters programs for commercial real estate.

Leonardo joined Mr. Ivankovich in 2007, co-founding Gruppo C’E, the production, marketing and branding company in charge of Alliance Holding and Atlas Holding special projects.

Currently Leonardo is Managing Director of the Atlas Monegasque office, managing local real estate acquisitions projects and portfolio while supervising DGB Monaco, a privately owned turn-key project company working in Monte Carlo and on the Côte d’Azur.

Prior to this Leonardo was directly involved in large scale projects, regarding the industrial conglomerates of Minsk and Mogilev and the problems surrounding the post-Chernobyl agro-industrial sector for East West Development Corporation and Inmet companies belonging to the Dutch Industrialist Frans Lurvink.

In 1992 he became shareholder and member of the Board of Director of Fluidware Ltd. a highly specialized software company producing metering system for television audience surveys for Taylor & Nelson and Sofres.  In 1999, Leonardo created E-Com Investment Group Ltd, a small venture capital company aiming to invest into emerging e-commerce companies

Leonardo is a graduate from Pitzer College, one of the prestigious Claremont Colleges, with a double major in Economics and Political Sciences.

Ravi is a critical part of Atlas’s acquisitions activities working on major portfolio purchases, as well as the formation of the company’s asset management platform.

In 2008 Ravi started SB Strategic Solutions, a consulting firm, where he advised a variety of top-tier property clients on re-positioning assets and debt. Prior to creating his own firm, Ravi invested ten years as a leveraged financial analyst in the property sector for Wall Street investment banks BancAmerica Securities, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Salomon Smith Barney in both leverage finance and M&A.

His institutional analytical experience dealing with complex property debt and equity structures, as well as detailed analytical skills are exceptional. His experience working with CMBS loan servicers and investors, as well as on the ground understanding of property is rare in the residential management industry.

Ravi is a graduate of the University of Chicago, and holds Series 7 and 63 securities certifications.
