Politique de retrait DMCA

Atlas Residential fait un effort conscient pour s'assurer que tout le contenu publié est conforme à la Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Nous comprenons cela, pendant que nous prenons les mesures appropriées pour nous assurer que tout le contenu publié est conforme au DMCA, des cas qui enfreignent le DMCA peuvent encore se produire. Dans le cas où du matériel protégé par le droit d'auteur est publié sans l'autorisation expresse du détenteur du droit d'auteur, nous supprimerons ledit contenu à la demande du détenteur des droits d'auteur.

Un détenteur de droits d'auteur ou une personne autorisée à agir au nom du détenteur de droits d'auteur peut demander la suppression de tout matériel contrefait en soumettant une demande de retrait DMCA.

La demande de retrait DMCA doit fournir:

1. Une signature physique ou électronique (i.e., /s/NAME) of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.

4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, et, le cas échéant, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner.

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
